I help you to attract the life you want with a simple 3-Step Process, which uses extremely
powerful, yet gentle and non-invasive Energy Therapy techniques. You will permanently
and completely release limiting, negative, life-depleting thoughts, feelings and beliefs, and
replace them with empowering, positive, life-affirming ones, so you will be able to move
forward in your life, and attract the people and experiences you desire.
Step One – Self-Awareness
You and I meet over the phone and take a look at what isn't working in your life; what you
want to change that you haven’t been able to; where you're feeling stuck. We uncover
the underlying limitations (thoughts, feelings or beliefs) that have been keeping you
stuck, and I locate them in your energy field.
Step Two – Energy Release & Repatterning
After the telephone call, I apply the Energy Therapy techniques by distance that will
release the energetic blockages that have been keeping you stuck, and align your
energy with empowering, life-enhancing beliefs, so you can finally move forward.
Step Three – Integration & Celebration
You become aware of the changes occurring in your life, and integrate them so they
become a new way of being in the world for you. The end result is that you are now
energetically aligned with your goals and desires; you feel lighter, with a greater
sense of freedom; and you experience more clarity, synchronicity, and ease attracting
what you want in your life!
While some people do begin to notice changes right away, it can take a few months
for the changes to manifest in your life. A 3 to 6-month committment to your coaching
is recommended.
