Personal Energy Coaching Sessions can help you to:

Using a variety of powerful Energy Healing techniques, I help clients to permanently and
completely release limiting, negative, life-depleting thoughts, feelings and beliefs, and
replace them with empowering, positive, life-affirming ones. Through muscle testing, we are
able to directly access the wisdom of your higher self to assist you in releasing and letting
go of limitations that are no longer serving you. Personal sessions are available by
telephone.
Step One – Clarify Your Intention
We begin the session with a discussion about your goals, issues and changes you’d like to
make in your life. We set the intention for your session, and identify the underlying
limitation (thought, feeling or belief) that is causing the problem or preventing you from
making the changes you desire.
Step Two – Locate the Energy Blockage
Using muscle testing, I locate precisely where the blockage is located in your energy system
(chakras, meridians, etc.) and determine which Energy Healing technique will release it.
Step Three – Release the Limitation, and Align Your Energy with Your
Intention
I guide you through the Energy Healing process, and communicate with your higher self
through the use of muscle testing to monitor your energy throughout the process, and let
you know when the limitation has been released. Sometimes people will notice a shift in
their energy when the process is complete, while other times it is a subtle energy shift
which may not be felt. However, by using muscle testing, we can be assured that the
limitation has been released.
The end result is that you are now energetically aligned with your new intention; feel
lighter, with a greater sense of freedom; and experience more clarity, synchronicity, and
ease creating what you desire!

Energy Coaching Programs
A variety of Energy Coaching Programs are available. Coaching sessions are approximately
60 minutes. Monthly Coaching includes 4 sessions per month. To experience the greatest
benefit from coaching, it is recommended that you make a minimum of a 3-month
commitment to your coaching program.
If you'd like to expedite the results you gain from Energy Coaching, I strongly recommend
having an SRT Clearing before you begin your coaching program. SRT and Energy
Coaching compliment each other and will give you the greatest benefit when used
together. Energy Coaching works on your energy system, primarily your chakras, to clear
limiting beliefs, and SRT clears discordant programs from your Akashic Soul Records, which
are cleared through Spirit. Both affect what you experience in life. For the greatest benefit,
I recommend beginning your Energy Coaching Program with an SRT Clearing. Clients who
have had an SRT Clearing are able to have SRT included in their regular coaching sessions.
