What is a Fearbuster Group?
Fearbuster Groups were created by author Rhonda Britten, Life Coach on NBC's Starting
Over. Fearbuster Groups work because it is challenging to be fearless alone. Our fears
distract us from our intentions. A Fearbuster Group supports you in supporting yourself. So
many people are great at supporting others while forgetting about taking care of
themselves. Your Fearbuster Group will keep you honest, responsible and committed.
A Fearbuster Team...A Support Network! No one can be Fearless alone. We all need
reminders on our Fearless Path, and your Fearbuster Group is a built-in network of Support
Buddies who all have the same intention: To be Fearless!
Since risk is essential to being Fearless, it can get down right scary as you move through
your fears. It is nice to know you have a Fearbuster Team around you. And when a group of
individuals are committed to the same thing, magic happens.
