About Deena Deena Douglas is fulfilling her life purpose:  helping people to become self-empowered and experience spiritual and personal fulfillment. Deena is a pioneer and forerunner in the emerging field of Energy Coaching.  With over fifteen years' experience in the fields of energy work and personal & spiritual growth, she has worked with a variety of healing modalities including:  Educational Kinesiology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Integrated Energy Therapy, Meridian Therapies, Energy Psychology and Spiritual Response Therapy. Through Deena's commitment to personal and spiritual growth, she has studied with numerous organizations and mentors to become the Master Energy Coach, Energy Healer and workshop leader she is today. In 1990, Deena became clairaudient, able to communicate with Spirit. Over the course of the next decade, she channeled a series of advanced Energy Healing techniques from her spirit guide, Isabel. This series of processes, CLEAR: Conscious Life Energy Alignment & Release™, permanently releases limiting thoughts, feelings and beliefs from one's energy system, and replaces them with empowering ones that help people experience more joy and ease in all areas of their lives. “My approach is to facilitate our journey back to self-empowerment through an awareness of our life energy. By becoming aware of our own energy and learning how to heal it, it no longer negatively impacts our lives, we reclaim our personal power and are able to fulfill our personal vision,” said Deena. “During Energy Coaching sessions, people become aware of self-limiting beliefs and are able to quickly and easily release them, unblocking their limitless potential.” Deena became attuned to a wonderful healing energy in 2000, which she was guided to call Rehael. It is a very calming and relaxing, yet powerful, healing energy. After five years of channeling the Rehael energy, Deena received her Master Level attunement directly from the angel Rehael. Deena is continually guided to receive and develop new healing processes, such as Life Energy Repatterning™ and Soul Repatterning™, unique and powerful advanced energy healing techniques that quickly and easily identify and release negative emotions and self-defeating patterns, so change occurs naturally.  Working with her Spiritual Committee, Deena developed the DNA Ascension™ DNA Activation process, which activates the full 24 DNA Strands. Deena has a thriving personal Energy Coaching practice, where she assists people in creating happier, more fulfilling lives. In addition to working with clients individually, she conducts workshops and international teleclasses. Her integrity, warmth and sensitivity make her a sought-after life coach and workshop leader. Deena is a Certified Educational Kinesiologist, Certified Spiritual Response Therapy® Consultant, Integrated Energy Therapist and Reiki Master. She is a Teleclass Leader for Teleclass.com, as well as a Fearbuster Telegroup Leader for Rhonda Britten's Fearless Living Institute. Additionally, Deena was a volunteer life coach for The Thomas J. Leonard Memorial Fund. She is also a member of Coachville and the International Association of Coaches. She serves as President of the Puget Sound Wellness Association.
