| Attitudes of Health I release all subconscious barriers to my weight loss success. It is effortless and natural for me to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. I always put my health first. I eat healthy and do some form of exercise every day. My body enjoys and responds positively to my healthy lifestyle choices. My health and wellbeing are continually improving. My healthy lifestyle creates my thin, healthy body. I enjoy incorporating healthy habits into my life each and every day. Healthy eating and exercise are enjoyable for me. I enjoy reaping the rewards of my healthy and active lifestyle. My energy, stamina and endurance increase more and more each and every day. I enjoy my thin and attractive body. My healthy, active lifestyle is effortlessly maintained with joy and ease. My inner world creates my outer world. I create my life. I create the exact amount of my weight loss success. I create my body to look and feel the exact way I desire. My intention is to create an attractive, thin and healthy body. I admire and model thin and vibrant people. It is fun and easy for me to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. I create a thin and healthy body easily and effortlessly. I deserve to be thin and healthy. Every day in every way, I am becoming healthier, happier and leaner. I am truly grateful for all of the health and vitality I have now. My ability to eat healthy, exercise and enjoy an active lifestyle increases day by day. I release all subconscious barriers to my being thin, healthy and attractive. I am thin and healthy. I eat healthy and exercise because I love myself. My body appreciates and responds to the loving care I give it every day. I love and accept my body just the way it is. I am grateful to my body. I forgive my body for being overweight. Everything in my life is a choice: I choose to be thin and healthy. I allow and receive health and vitality into my life easily and effortlessly. I am worthy and deserving of health, wellness and vitality. Health and fitness are a natural part of my life. I believe my health is important. My health gives me energy and allows me to have an enjoyable, active lifestyle. It is fun and easy for me to lose weight. I am worthy and deserving of a thin and attractive body.
