Gourmet Dog Biscuits
This is a great dog biscuit recipe. It's fun to make with a dog bone-shaped cookie cutter!
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 egg
1 Tbl. honey or brown sugar
1/4 cup beef, chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup water

1/2 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Add additional flour or water, as needed, to get the desired
consistency you can work with. (You don't want it to be too dry.)
Roll out to approximately 1/4 inch thick. Cut into biscuits with a cookie cutter.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet OR ungreased silicone mat for 20 to 25 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and let cool at room temperature. Store in an airtight container.
