About Deena
Deena Douglas is expressing her true passion by combining her two loves: animals and
energy healing. With over fifteen years' experience in the fields of energy work and personal
& spiritual growth, she has worked with a variety of healing modalities including: Educational
Kinesiology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Meridian Therapy. Through Deena's
commitment to personal and spiritual growth, she studied with numerous organizations and
mentors to become the Master Energy Healer she is today.
A Reiki Master since 1992, Deena is highly sensitive and intuitive to energies. Deena became
attuned to a wonderful healing energy in 2000, which she was guided to call Rehael. It is a
very calming and relaxing, yet powerful, healing energy. Deena works with both the Reiki and
Rehael Energies in her healing treatments.
Deena believes that animals are the purest expression of God’s love
on this plane, their sole purpose being to enjoy life and love
unconditionally. Deena has always had a deep love and affinity for
animals, ever since she was a child. Because of this love, at the age of
20, she felt drawn to become a vegetarian. She has had pets since
childhood, her current dog family consisting of her 4 beloved Bichon
Frises.
“There is no greater joy than knowing that I am bringing comfort and
healing to an animal,” said Deena. “My approach is to always honor
and respect the animal and have his or her best interest at heart.”
Deena started Healing Hands for Pets, providing both in-person and
distance healing treatments for companion animals. In addition to
working with pets individually, she conducts workshops and
international teleclasses for their parents. Her integrity, warmth and
sensitivity make her a sought-after Energy Healer and workshop
leader.
Deena is a Certified Educational Kinesiologist, Integrated Energy
Therapist, Spiritual Response Therapy® Consultant, and Reiki Master.
She is a Teleclass Leader for Teleclass.com and a member of the
International Assembly of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards. She is
President of the Puget Sound Wellness Association.
