To subscribe please send an email to Subscribe. _________________________________________________________ Here is a quick and easy energy tip that can be used anywhere to reduce minor stress. This isn’t meant to treat major traumas or long-term stressful situations. It is meant to reduce the stress of minor stressors, like a traffic jam or running late for a meeting. Step 1. Think about the stressful situation Step 2. Tap the following meridian points fifteen times each: * Beginning of the eyebrow (next to the bridge of the nose) * Under the nose * Under the lower lip (the crease in the chin) * Side of the hand, beneath the pinkie (karate chop point) Step 3. Close your eyes and place your hand on your forehead. Take three deep breaths. Step 4. With your eyes closed, place your hand on the base of your skull, so you are cradling the back of your head, just above your neck. Two fingers should be on your neck and two fingers should be on the base of your skull. Hold your hand there and take three deep breaths. Step 5. Now open your eyes.
