You can do this process as often as you like. You will find it very relaxing, and the more you do it, the more your energy will become aligned with what you desire. Step 1.  Decide on a goal you would like to work on – something you would like to change in your life. Step 2.  Place both hands over a chakra (the chakras are listed below.) You can either have both hands in front of your body if you are lying down, or you can hold one hand in front and one hand behind your body, if you are sitting. Hold your hands over the chakra and silently repeat, “I trust God,”  “I trust myself,” or “I trust the Universe,” whatever feels right to you. In your mind’s eye, visualize the chakra and this positive energy and the affirmation going into the chakra. As you proceed with this process, you may see or feel the chakra expanding out beyond your body. Do this for a minute or two, or for however long you would like, then proceed to the next chakra and repeat until you have completed all of the chakras. Chakras * Root – located at the base of your spine * Sacral – located just below your navel * Solar Plexus – located just below your ribs * Heart – located at the center of your chest * Throat – located at the bottom of your neck * Third Eye – located on the center of your forehead * Crown – located on the top of your head _________________________________________________________ If you would like to experience more joy, empowerment and synchronicity in your life, Energy Coaching can help!
